Using the Canine Cycle Companion is good for you and your dog. Dog experts agree that dogs needs exercise. The Canine Cycle Companion quickly clamps to your bike frame in a matter of minutes, using a 9/16 wrench or socket. Once the Companion is secured, it is not necessary to remove the stainless-steel clamp when it is not in use, although the extension bar can be removed in seconds without tools. The extension bar is covered in a thick, foam grip that doubles as a short leash and provides comfort when installing or removing it.
